2023化妝品協會的自由銷售證書FSC需越南使館認證加簽

In 2023, with the continuous development of international trade, the role of Free Sale Certificate (FSC) in cosmetics industry has been paid more and more attention. FSC refers to the certificate that allows cosmetic enterprises to sell freely at home and export abroad.
