In 2023, with the continuous development of international trade, the role of Free Sale Certificate (FSC) in cosmetics industry has been paid more and more attention. FSC refers to the certificate that allows cosmetic enterprises to sell freely at home and export abroad. In order to ensure the legality of the certificate, the Vietnam Cosmetics Association will require that the certificate must be certified and signed by the Vietnamese Embassy.
